Grigio di Bosco is a white wine with a colour ranging from straw yellow to pale rosé. On the nose it presents an elegant and intense bouquet, expressing a distinctive and particular character. The flavour is dry, full-bodied and harmonious, with a perfect balance that makes it versatile and enjoyable. With an alcohol content of 12.5°, it is ideal as an aperitif with cured meats and cheeses, but also pairs beautifully with fish dishes. The recommended serving temperature is between 10° and 12°C.
